Richmond Strata, Heather St – Soft Washing & Pressure Washing

In 5 days, we soft-washed the full exterior of a 50-unit strata in Richmond! After the soft washing of the building is complete, each window is scrubbed using water-fed tucker poles. This water runs through deionized water filters, leaving you with a spot free dry every time. This cleaning process included all common area walkways, retaining walls, visitor stalls, staircases, and the main water fountain feature. With our deep cleaning and safety precautions, all residents were left happy with their Strata looking brand new!
