SFU Strata – Soft Washing

This 75-unit Strata located on Burnaby Mountain requested a top to bottom clean! Alblaster worked closely with property managers, Simon Fraser University staff, and traffic control to obtain permits. With an 85ft and 65ft boom lift on site, Alblaster was able to safely access all areas of this building including all patio and balcony floors. The transformation was incredible, making this the cleanest property in the area! We had a blast completing this job! We had crews cleaning high above, ground control creating safety zones, and traffic control directing vehicles to ensure everything was up to standards with the SFU community.
