IKEA Richmond – Soft Washing

The Richmond IKEA has one of the largest commercial building footprints in Richmond B.C. IKEA approached Alblaster for a complete building clean, including all metal cladding, windows, trim, and some areas on the roof. Using an 85ft boom lift, we applied our soft washing process followed by pressure rinsing with our hot water pressure washer. After the soft washing of the building was complete, each window is scrubbed using water-fed tucker poles. This water runs through deionized water filters, leaving you with a spot free dry every time. To avoid interfering with operations, we secured our work zones daily and stayed out of the way for the public to ensure their safety. IKEA management was impressed with how clean their building looked!
