West Vancouver Commercial Building – Soft Washing & Pressure Washing

In West Vancouver, we used a 60ft boom lift to soft wash this concrete building that was neglected and dirty. Using suitable chemical mixtures and hot water, we were able to clean all sides of the building perfectly. Our team then cleaned all retaining walls and the 75-stall asphalt parking lot giving this property a full clean from top to bottom. After the soft washing of the building is complete, each window is scrubbed using water-fed tucker poles. This water runs through deionized water filters, leaving you with a spot free dry every time.
