Alexz was friendly when he came in for a walkthrough of our property. He provided us a quote that was competitive and well detailed (exactly what we needed). During the power washing, there were safety cones and tapes, also they were guiding our guests and the cars so that they could go in and out of the property safely. After everything, the Alblaster team had a thorough walk with us where the service was done and we were impressed with the quality of the work they provided. The whole team was friendly! We were well above satisfied with everything! Would happily recommend them and use them for our future needs.

Our Strata in Vancouver has been using Alblaster Pressure Washing since 2017 and when we have needs for cleaning we do not consider any other companies to provide these services.

Over the years, Alblaster has provided pressure washing around the building and also inside the underground garage area with excellent service and results.

Most recently, Alblaster completed a large project which was to clean the whole exterior of the building with their “Soft” washing process and the results were stunning. The building had not been extensively cleaned for over 15 years and the after the washing the grime, bird droppings and mold buildup, especially on the north side of the building, cleaned up beautifully.

Again, as mentioned, we only use Alblaster for our cleaning needs and with timely and competitive quotes and excellent service we will continue this relationship.

Our strata had Alblaster come in to power wash our parkade, the driveway, and the stone steps leading out to the back alley. He did a fantastic job! So courteous, prompt with a quote. We found the price was more than reasonable for the task. We were also able to get our parking stall lines and numbers repainted. It’s never been so clean. They use a hot water pressure washer and even got out some grimy oil stains. It’s a relief to find a conscientious company that provides excellent service. We will definitely have Alblaster in again.

We hired Alblaster to pressure wash the walkways and clean the windows in our strata complex. They were absolutely amazing from the first point of contact. They attended our property and provided a quote within 24 hours. They were the lowest of three quotes and they attended our property within a week of being hired. The workers did a wonderful job of cleaning up our property. The walkways went from being extremely green and grimy to looking brand new again. Alexz in the office was a pleasure to deal with.
